Registering your product has never been easier.  Once you've downloaded, purchased and installed your software, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.  It contains an Order ID number.  

New purchasers - Go to your Help>Unlock Ingressor>Register.  Select New Installation and a screen like Figure 1 below will appear.  Copy and paste your Order ID number into the space provided and click on the Register button.

Important note to those purchasing several licenses at once:  Purchasing multiple copies of a product:  When registering multiple licenses, please be certain to enter your Order ID #.  If you are purchasing multiple copies of a product, each installation should use a sequential number added to the end of the Order ID #.  As an example, you purchase 3 Desktop licenses and you receive an Order ID # of 200704055555555555.  When registering multiple licenses enter your Order ID # as follows:

Installation 1:  2007040555555555551

Installation 2:  2007040555555555552

Installation 3:  2007040555555555553

     The above procedure only pertains to multiple license purchases.  If purchasing a single license, enter the Order ID # exactly as it appears in your receipt.   

Once registered, please be certain to RESTART YOUR PROGRAM before use.  That's it!

License Move  - Go to your Help>Unlock Ingressor>Register.  Select the License Move option and a screen like Figure 2 below will appear.  You will be required to insert your original Order ID and Installation Serial Number. You will also need to migrate your old NK2 file with your Ingressor program. Once registered, please be certain to RESTART YOUR PROGRAM before use.  Click here for instructions.

License Upgrade - When upgrading from an older version of Ingressor, Go to your Help>Unlock Ingressor>Register. Select Upgrade from previous version.  As with the license move, you will be required to insert your original Order ID and Installation Serial Number. You will also need to migrate your old NK2 file with your Ingressor program. Once registered, please be certain to RESTART YOUR PROGRAM before use.  Click here for instructions.

Note:  If during the registration process you receive the error,  "Cannot Contact DCS Server,please try again later" it is most likely due to your firewall blocking Ingressor's access to the interenet.  Many corporations close all unused data ports.  Ingressor uses port number:  9694  The Ingressor Server's IP address is 208.109.239.188
