Ingressor HelpDesk Exchange is a download product only. Once purchased your receipt will contain the order ID number which will be used to activate your license on line. This system aalso enables you to purchase additional licenses on an as-needed basis.
*NK2 file licensing is required to open individual NK2 files located throughout your network. However, once a license has been purchased to open a particular NK2 file, it may be opened and edited an infinite number of times. When our Commander software is purchased in conjunction with the HelpDesk software, both programs share the NK2 file licensing.
