In addition to the Desktop version the following programs are available.
Ingressor HelpDesk Lite – The most commonly requested configuration of Ingressor. This product functions exactly like the Desktop Edition except the Load button produces a "browse" capability giving the IT professional the ability to open all accessible NK2 files on the network.
Ingressor HelpDesk Exchange – This (GUI) version functions like HelpDesk above but it provides the ability to fully edit GAL/Exchange® records, including X500 data. A future release will read AD information and automatically update NK2 data as appropriate.
Ingressor Exchange Commander - All of the power and flexibility of above, but is executed from a command line with parameters to make global changes and/or deletions.
