MS Outlook® should be closed before opening Ingressor to edit the NK2 file.
Occasionally, a program other than Microsoft Outlook® can "hold" an NK2 file open. If you experience an error loading the file, double check to make certain that all programs that may use Microsoft Outlook® are closed.
When installing the software, please make certain that you are logged into your local computer as an administrator.
