The Desktop program DOES NOT HAVE THE MERGE feature. The Lite program is licensed for and can merge up to three different NK2 files together whereas the HelpDesk Exchange version can merge or open up to 10 NK2 files.
Important notes about the Merge feature. If the first file opened for merging contains the maximum number of records (1,000) as established by Microsoft, the Merge feature will not funciton. You must first reduce the number of entires before proceeding to open the second file to be merged. If, for some reason either file is corrupted, open it and allow Ingressor to repair it and save it before attempting a file merge.
Keep in mind that MS Outlook® restricts the total number of records in the NK2 file to 1,000 records. Therefore, if the combined total of both of the files exceed 1,000 records, you can either allow the program to truncate or chop off additional records, or you can do so yourself manually prior to merging.
