Ingressor Desktop Edition - Designed for the desktop or individual user.   If you want to open several files, we would suggest purchasing one of the HelpDesk products below or possibly even our Commander (command driven) program.

Ingressor HelpDesk Lite  - For the computer professional to open and edit other files on your network.  Will edit all record types including Exchange information.  Includes NK2 file Merge capability.

Ingressor HelpDesk 5.X Exchange^® -  For the computer professional to open and edit NK2 files on your network.  This program will Mergdit SMTP and Exchange records. Includes NK2 file Merge capability.

The following products are available for download and registration by our existing customers. If you own one of these products, please feel free to download it as you require.  If you are not a current Ingressor customer, please download one of the newer products listed above.  The HelpDesk Lite and new HelpDesk Exchange 5.0 listed above are not upgradeable from the existing version (4.N or older).

Ingressor HelpDesk - This product has been discontinued and is replaced with the HelpDesk Lite program above. It cannot be upgraded.

Ingressor HelpDesk Exchange^® - Version 4.X and earlier.  This product may be upgraded to version 5.X above for a $100 administration fee.  To upgrade this program, proceed to the order form page and enter $100 into the miscellaneous field.  Then send an email to support (at) ingressor.com letting them know of your upgrade.  Please provide your original ORDER ID to them so that they can find your records and make the necessary changes.
