Our software is the ONLY product available that can repair your NK2 files.  The problem occurs when Outlook saves your NK2 file!  This is  an undocumented problem that only Ingressor can fix!   Deleting individual records does NOT fix the problem.  If you don't run our file fixer utility (included in our product), you are not going to be able to restore your file.

Have you ever heard of the saying "You get what you pay for"? One thing you don't get from us is a warning that our program might corrupt your file!  The following warning is posted on a Freeware web site:  "Warning !!!  Some users complained that their .NK2 file stopped working in Outlook after trying to add items from the address book.... "

Many of our customers admit to trying free or near free products, but also reported that some actually rendered the NK2 file unusable!

While it has been recommended time and again to "just delete the NK2 file and start again", we believe that it is a mistake to do so. Consider this, deleting the files cause employees to do what the next time they need to email someone?  They will go to their inbox, find the last email from that person they are seeking then hit the "Reply-To" button.  The net effect is that the employee wastes a great deal of time looking for the old email, and then by hitting the "Reply-To" button, they've begun repopulating their autocomplete file with the very erroneous information that you had hoped deleting the file would have accomplished!  Without carefully considering the value of your data.  It is difficult to determine just what your data is worth given the number of  variables, but we believe that your NK2 data is conservatively worth $52.
